Meet the Doctors
David Kuhn, DMD, FAGD
Dr. David Kuhn, a native of Louisville, Kentucky, graduated from the University of Kentucky Dental School in 1970. He established his dental practice in Sanford, NC in that same year and in 1987 expanded to Aberdeen. He has practiced full time in Moore County since 1990. He and his wife Barbara make their home in Pinehurst.
Dr. Kuhn is a highly regarded speaker on dental implants, esthetic and cosmetic dentistry having presented numerous programs throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Dr. Kuhn is a member of the American Dental Association and a graduate of the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. He is a Diplomate, International Congress of Oral Implantology and a Fellow, Academy of General Dentistry. He is a founding member and past president of the Dental Implant Associates of North Carolina.
Dr. Kuhn offers complete adult dental services, including dental implants, CEREC 3D, restorative dentistry, laser dentistry, reconstructive dentistry,endodontics, Invisalign, non-surgical periodontal gum disease therapy, cosmetic, and esthetic dentistry. He continues to complete many hours of advanced training to provide state of the art care to her patients. He is certified in oral sedation by Dental Organization of Conscious Sedation and the State of North Carolina.
Mandy Kuhn Grimshaw, DDS
Dr. Mandy Kuhn Grimshaw, a native of Pinehurst, NC, graduated from the University of North Carolina Dental School in 2005 and joined her father, Dr. David R. Kuhn, in private practice. She and her husband, Greg, along with their 3 children, make their home in Pinehurst.
Dr. Grimshaw is a member of the American Dental Association and Dental Implant Associates of North Carolina. She is a graduate of the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, a Certified Invisalign and Invisalign Teen preferred provider and certified in oral sedation by Dental Organization of Conscious Sedation and the State of North Carolina.

D. Ritt Kuhn, DMD
Dr. Ritt Kuhn, a native of Pinehurst, NC graduated from the University of Kentucky Dental School in 2006 and joined his father and sister in private practice that same year. He and his wife, Whitney, have a daughter, and make their home in Whispering Pines.
Dr. Ritt Kuhn is a member of the American Dental Association, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and Dental Implant Associates of North Carolina. Dr. Kuhn completed a 10 month Dental Implant and Bone Grafting Continuum in 2007. He is certified by Dental Organization of Conscious Sedation and the State of North Carolina in oral and IV sedation. Dr. Ritt Kuhn presents cases for review to his peers regularly in implant dentistry.
Dr. Kuhn offers complete adult dental services, including dental implants, CEREC 3D, restorative dentistry, laser dentistry, reconstructive dentistry,endodontics, Invisalign, non-surgical periodontal gum disease therapy, cosmetic, and esthetic dentistry. He continues to complete many hours of advanced training to provide state of the art care to his patients, and provides IV sedation for high anxiety patients for all types of dental treatment.
