Your First Visit
At your first appointment, the doctor will sit down with you before any treatments are recommended or performed. We’ll discuss what brings you to Kuhn Dental Associates and how we can meet your immediate needs, then we can talk about long-term goals. A complete exam will reveal any dental concerns with your teeth, gums, jaw joints, bone, nerves, muscles, occlusion, and/or existing dental work. We’ll also take intraoral photographs and digital X-rays to get a close-up and inside view of your oral structures. This initial consultation is an ideal time for you to ask questions, and we’re always happy to share answers! Before you leave the visit, we’ll schedule a follow up consultation. At the second appointment, the doctor will present options for treatment and work with you to design a practical plan of action.
Registration Forms
Saving time is always good! Print and complete your patient registration forms at home, and bring them to your initial appointment. If you have any problems printing these forms, give our Aberdeen, NC dental office a call. We can mail them to you, or you can complete them onsite. Please arrive 20 minutes early if you plan to fill out paperwork before your visit.
